A 5,370-square-foot waterfront Belvedere home featuring two boat lifts and panoramic views of San Francisco Bay is on the market for $17.9 million.

The 97 West Shore Road residence features two stories and balances unique nautical details with modern interiors and amenities.

“The house is big and beautiful, the volume is astounding,” said Compass real-estate agent Bill Smith, who holds the listing with colleague Linda Tull.

The home was previously owned by longtime Belvedere resident and avid angler Martha Lyddon, who died in 2023. Lyddon kept her Grady-White fishing boat, the Shady Grady Lady, docked at the waterfront home and would frequently take it out into the bay.
