Notice is hereby given that on June 24, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. the Board of Directors of the Tiburon Fire Protection District (“District”) will hold a Public Hearing to fulfill the requirements of AB 2561 (Government Code Section 3502.3) and to consider proposed Resolution #2025-11 regarding annual reporting on current District job vacancies in advance of the FY 2025-26 Final Budget adoption. Public comment is invited. SUMMARY OF AN ADOPTED ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 9, 2025, the City Council of the City of Belvedere adopted:

ORDINANCE NO 2025-04

A REGULAR ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BELVEDERE IMPLEMENTING THE MARIN ELECTRIC BICYCLE SAFETY PILOT PROGRAM. This ordinance would prohibit any person under sixteen (16) years of age from operating a Class 2 Electric Bicycle. This ordinance would also prohibit any person from operating a Class 2 Electric Bicycle without wearing a bicycle helmet. Class 2 Electric Bicycles are throttle-assisted electric bicycles equipped with a motor that may be used exclusively to propel the bicycle, at speeds no greater than 20 miles per hour.

The vote of the Council was as follows:

AYES: Burke, Carapiet. Mark, Wilkinson, Mayor Cooper

NOES: None

ABSENT:  None

ABSTAIN: None
