Tiburon’s Belluomini named county’s top softball pitcher

Redwood High School junior Stella Belluomini has been named softball pitcher of the year by the Marin County Athletic League, recognizing a standout 2025 season in which the Tiburon resident threw three no-hitters, including a perfect game.

 

She was one of six Tiburon teens who received all-league honors for the spring softball and baseball seasons.

 

Belluomini, 17, had 11 wins for the Redwood Giants this season, striking out 139 batters and finishing with a 2.0 ERA. Her performance helped power the team to an 11-3 finish, tied for first place with San Marin. The Giants made it to the league semifinals, where they lost to Marin Catholic 7-4 on May 13.
